In the span of a 10-minute video, I went from being able to hold my breath for only 20 seconds to being able to hold it a full minute. It’s why I’m now completely obsessed with the idea of breathwork meditation.
Lately, I’ve been thinking more about the need to practice gratitude every day. It’s so easy to fall in a cycle of complaining, worrying, and feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes, you do need to sit with those feelings and acknowledge it. But sometimes, you also need to be ready to pick yourself up and move forward.
