Have you been dreaming more since the start of the coronavirus pandemic? Like really vivid and strange dreams? I know I have. And it’s apparently a real thing. But if we’re being honest, I’ve always had a strange relationship with dreaming.
In the span of a 10-minute video, I went from being able to hold my breath for only 20 seconds to being able to hold it a full minute. It’s why I’m now completely obsessed with the idea of breathwork meditation.
This is a stressful and scary time. I know a lot of people have had their routines shaken up, with no clear end date in sight. So, I wanted to share a few of the ways that I’m keeping myself calm and getting through these surreal times. Obviously, do whatever works for you.
