REVIEW: Blogilates Sculpt & Debloat Protein Bar with Probiotics
After my experience with the Blogilates Sculpt & Debloat Sweet Cream Protein Powder with Probiotics, I was a bit hesitant to try out the new line of Blogilates Sculpt & Debloat Protein Bars with Probiotics that recently hit the shelves at Target.
But as a fan of Cassey Ho, Blogilates, and Popflex, I decided to give the Sculpt & Debloat brand another try. And as you’ll see, I’m glad I did!
(Please note: I’m not a nutritionist, doctor, or any other type of health or wellness professional. I’m just interested in increasing my protein in a yummy way.)
About the Blogilates Sculpt & Debloat Protein Bar with Probiotics
Cassey Ho announced the launch of the new Sculpt & Debloat Protein Bars in April 2023 with two flavors: Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
As she wrote on her blog, she said she was inspired by cereal bars and wanted them to have a nice crunchy texture (using pea crisps and brown rice crisps) and not be too sweet. I used to be absolutely obsessed with cereal bars- so for me, this was a huge selling point!

The bars come in a box of four at Target for $8.99. So, they are on the pricier side of protein bars in my opinion. I’d personally wait for a sale before buying them.
The bars themselves are 170 calories per bar and contain 12 grams of protein. According to the packaging, the bars are reduced sugar, plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO.
My Experience Trying the Blogilates Sculpt & Debloat Protein Bar with Probiotics
If you’ve read my review of the Sculpt & Debloat Protein Powder, you know I wasn’t the biggest fan. I didn’t really love it, but I also didn’t really hate it. So, that left me feeling confused about whether or not to give the bars a try. But as a fan of cereal bars in general, I decided to give the Snickerdoodle flavor a shot.

From the first bite, I was a fan of these! They really do seem to capture that cereal bar taste and texture with a nice dose of protein. As I’m working to increase my daily protein intake, these were an easy, quick snack.
I can’t speak for the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor, but I hope to try those out soon too. (Just waiting for a sale!)

The Peanut butter are pretty good, reminds me of Mezcal Bars ( my fav). Both the aforementioned sadly have palm oil however. . One should be aware that Pea Protein is Drying and requires mucho Aqua. I give it 3.75 *.
Hi Patty-
I appreciate the comment!
I haven’t gotten around to trying the chocolate peanut butter bars just yet, but it’s nice to hear the flavor is good. I haven’t tried the other bar you mentioned, but that sounds intriguing!
