February 2021: What I’m Into
It’s time for another round-up of my current obsessions!
This month the list includes a romantic Netflix series, a killer 10-minute ab workout, and a potentially life-changing audiobook.

After being inspired by Grace Atwood of The Stripe (who was inspired by Cupcakes and Cashmere), I wanted to pass this question along to all of you:
What are you looking forward to?
With all of the uncertainty and anxiety of the past year, it’s nice to pause a moment and just daydream about what’s to come. Good things. Fun things. New places. Adventures.
In this post, I’m sharing four things I’m looking forward to!
Books, skincare, workouts.. oh my!
This week on the blog I’m sharing some of my favorite things that I’m into right now to start 2021. Let’s dive in.
With 2021 quickly approaching, talk about New Year’s Resolutions is starting to bubble up again. But if you’re feeling burned by 2020 (who isn’t!?), you could take a different approach to goals this year.
Enter the ‘No-Buy Year.’
I’m back with another ‘What I’m Into’ post! From my favorite audiobooks to the best spice you need to try– the list has a little bit of everything. (It goes without saying that Taylor Swift’s new ‘evermore’ album is an implied item on this list)
As you all know, I’m obsessed with Aldi! From their affordable line of beauty products to their Earth Grown vegan-friendly products, Aldi remains one of my favorite places to grocery shop. (You never really know what you’re going to find– especially in that middle aisle!)
So, I wanted to share some of my thoughts on the Earth Grown vegan products and how they compare to some of the other popular vegan/vegetarian products lines.
It’s finally feeling cold in Florida! (And by that, I mean it dropped below 70 degrees for one full day) So, between the cooler temperatures and the sunset moving earlier and earlier, I’ve found myself craving comfort foods, especially soups.
After scouring the internet for the best recipes, I’ve created a round-up of the five vegan soups I’m excited to try this fall and winter.
Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, or just looking to eat more vegetables, I think you’ll love this round-up of plant-based Thanksgiving recipes!
I tried to find fairly simple recipes without too many ingredients with a mix of both savory and sweet options.
Have you picked up any new hobbies in 2020? In my first ever guest post on the blog, my sister (Thanks,Ali!) shares her story of how she discovered paint by number art sets while wandering the aisles of Ross and some of her favorite projects so far.
Without further ado, let’s dive in!
I haven’t shared a ‘What I’m Into’ list since August, so it was definitely time to share some of my new favorite things!
The list includes a surprising, but new favorite wine, as well as how to get an intense cardio workout in just 10 minutes.
